Amended proposal for Directive on the health and safety protection of workers
The European Commission has published an amended proposal for a Council Directive on the protection of the health and safety of workers from the risks related to chemical agents at work. The amended proposal expands the section on occupational exposure limits and introduces provisions for biological limit values. The Annex amends the original Directive to include a new section on the requirements for measuring procedures.
