Low-cycle fatigue testing
The European Commission's Joint Research Centre, Advanced Materials Institute, has published a call for tender for the provision of a device for low-cycle fatigue testing. It concerns a universal servo-hydraulic tester, dedicated to high-temperature strain-controlled low-cycle fatigue according to ASTM-Standard E-606 of October 1992. The possibility that suppliers may tender for part of the supplies will be considered. The appliance must be supplied complete and in working order and delivered before August 1995.
