Features in the first issue include an examination of the partnership and cooperation agreement between the European Union and Russia, farming in the new independent States, and TACIS projects in the Ukraine. In addition to case studies of TACIS projects, a news section keeps readers up to date with the latest developments in the programme, in policy-making and in the status of the projects.
