Call published for studying the impact of software and services
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Information Society and Media has issued a call for tenders for a study which will identify: the potential economic and social impacts of software and services within the future Internet; the elements that are determinant for growth and competitiveness; and the actions that need to be taken to implement them.
