Community legislation on product safety
Tenders are invited for the establishment of a comprehensive inventory, analysis and database of all Community legislation relating directly or indirectly to product safety, to give a complete overview of how safety is dealt with at Community level. The inventory is to be organized on a sectoral/product basis, while the analysis shall define scope, nature and extent of each piece of legislation (obligations, powers, procedures, standards and other relevant aspects). The database shall be capable of continuous update and the contractor shall provide PC compatible software.
