Tender: ICT network impact on structuring a competitive ERA
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Information Society and Media has issued a call for tenders for a study on the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on structuring a competitive European Research Area (ERA). The study will assess the effectiveness of Framework Programme ICT RTD networks in supporting the ERA.
