The Laboratory for Surveillance and Containment, LASCO, of the Joint Research Centre (Ispra) carries out non-destructive qualification testing of containment and surveillance (C/S) equipment and develops and integrates C/S systems based on the determination of physical magnitudes. To meet LASCO requirements, the European Commission seeks to procure physical-measurement instruments (sensors and related turnkey data-acquisition and data-processing systems) in the fields of temperature, humidity, thermic flux, anemometry, acceleration, vibration, noise, force, deformation of structures, pressure, flow, displacement, inclination and electromagnetic perturbations, and the corresponding calibration equipment. In principle, there will be no division into lots. Specialist products may, however, be ordered separately. A maximum of approximately 15 tenderers will be selected. Tenders may be sent to: European Commission Joint Research Centre Institute for Systems Engineering and Information Technology Dr. C.
