Tender: internationalisation of business investments in R&D and analysis of their economic impact
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Research has launched a call for tenders for a study on the internationalisation of business investments in research and development (R&D) and an analysis of their economic impact. The study will provide a comprehensive and analysis of existing data on inward and outward R&D in the European Research Area (ERA) and in other research-intensive economies. It will also contribute to understanding and analysing the factors that shape the observed patterns of cross-country industrial R&D investments and their impacts. The results will, for example, allow the Commission to analyse the possible role of the quality and openness of public R&D investments in attracting private research investments from abroad. For further information, please contact: European Commission Directorate-General for Research Administration and Finance Sector Office SDME 09/62 Attn: Yves Dejaegere B-1049 Brussels E-mail: RTD-INTERNATIONALISATION-BUSINESS-RD@ec.europa.eu To see the full details of the call, please consult the following web address: http://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:229755-2009:TEXT:EN:HTML(opens in new window)
