Mid-term evaluation of the human capital and mobility programme
The European Commission, DG XIII has published a report entitled "Mid-term evaluation of the human capital and mobility programme". The report covers the evaluation of the management of the programme thus far. It also reviews the activities of the programme, fellowships, networks, Euroconfences, and looks at their achievements and impact to date. A number of recommendations are also presented for the future of the programme and for ways to improve its effectiveness.
