TEMPUS/TACIS guide for pre-project applications
In the framework of the TACIS programme, the European Commission's Task Force for Human Resources, Education, Training and Youth (TFHR) has published a "Guide for applicants" for the TEMPUS programme. TEMPUS is a trans-European cooperation scheme for higher education between the European Community and the new independent States of the former Soviet Union. The guide is intended for those who wish to make an application for support under the TEMPUS/TACIS scheme for pre-joint European project (JEP) activities taking place during the 1995/1996 academic year. In particular, it refers to activities commencing on or after 1 September 1995 and finishing no later than 31 August 1996. The deadline for the submission of applications for a pre-JEP grant for 1995/1996 is 28 April 1995.
