Trade and commercial cooperation agreement: EEC/EAEC and Romania
A Legislative Resolution of the European Parliament, sitting on 22 February 1991, embodies the opinion of the European Parliament on the Commission proposal for a Council Decision (SEC(90) 1872) on the conclusion by the European Economic Community of an agreement on trade and commercial and economic cooperation between the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community and Romania. The Parliament approved the conclusion and entry into force of the agreement and instructed its President to forward this resolution to the Council and Commission and to the Governments of the Member States and of Romania.
