Call for proposals for joint technology initiatives under the ENIAC Joint Undertaking
The European Commission has published a call for proposals for joint technology initiatives under the ENIAC Joint Undertaking. The 2011 call has a two-stage application procedure, with the submission of project outlines proceeded by full project proposals. The ENIAC Joint Undertaking is designed to support the implementation of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and the theme 'Information and communication technologies'. One of ENIAC's prime objectives is to develop key competences for nanoelectronics across different application areas in order to strengthen European competitiveness and sustainability and allow for the emergence of new markets and social applications. The ENIAC JU is set up as a public-private partnership, bringing together the European Commission and European Member and Associated States with Association for European Nanoelectronics Activities (AENEAS), the association representing the main research and development stakeholders (companies, research centres and universities) in Europe. To see the official call announcement, please consult: http://www.eniac.eu/web/calls/ENIACJU_Call4_2011.php(opens in new window) as well the following link(opens in new window)
