DELTA catalogue on telematics for flexible and distance learning
The European Commission, DG XIII, has published a catalogue on the Community's DELTA programme on telematics for flexible and distance learning (1990-1994). The catalogue aims to enable readers to gain an understanding of the content and range of subject areas covered by the DELTA programme. Short descriptions of 30 programme projects are provided along with the relevant contact points. The main section of the catalogue provides a list of all the public deliverables and studies of the projects and concerted actions.
