Texts replacing Council Draft Decisions on specific RTD programmes
Five documents published by the Commission on 11 April 1991 replace the corresponding Council Draft Decisions on specific Research and Technological Development programmes (1990-1994) in the following fields: Communication technologies (SYN 259); telematic systems of general interest (SYN 260); the environment (SYN 263); marine science and technology (SYN 264); life sciences and technologies for developing countries (SYN 268). In each case entitled "Text replacing the Council Draft Decision adopting a specific research and technological development programme in the field of..." (etc.) they relate to the inter-institutional compromise on the specific programmes reached by the President of the European Parliament, the President of the Council of Ministers and the President of the Commission.
