Action programme for SMEs: Council Resolution
The Council, meeting on 27 May 1991, adopted a Resolution concerning the action programme for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), including craft industries. The Resolution paves the way for a favourable Decision (to be taken by the Council in June) on the allocation of ECU 25 million complementing the budget of ECU 110 million initially deemed necessary for the execution of the action programme during the period 1991-1993 (COM(90) 528). Reference to publication of the Resolution in the Official Journal of the European Communities will be reported on this database, together with a summary of the content, as soon as details are available.
