Call for innovative entrepreneurs for change: support to cluster cooperation, start-ups, investors and management of intellectual property
The European Commission has published a call for tenders for innovative entrepreneurs for change: support to cluster cooperation, start-ups, investors and management of intellectual property. The initiative envisions operating a comprehensive framework facilitating the cooperation between clusters, incubators, business support service providers (in particular those providing support for the management of intellectual property) and seed-investor communities in the EU on the one side and Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Lebanon on the other.
