The document is part of the latest set of calls published under the EU's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). The call promotes bi-regional cooperation across the whole STI (Science, Technology and Innovation) chain to help translate research results into innovative market products and services, improve policy dialogue and implement coordinated actions to tackle major societal challenges.
