Call for proposals for 'Supporting the enhancement and promotion of sustainable transnational thematic tourism products'
The European Commission has published a call for proposals for 'Supporting the enhancement and promotion of sustainable transnational thematic tourism products', which is part of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (EIP). The call has two major objectives. First, it aims to support the enhancement and promotion of sustainable transnational thematic tourism products contributing to the development and promotion of sustainable tourism in Europe by improving their visibility and market uptake. Then, it is expected to contribute to the creation of an environment favourable to transnational co-operation among tourism-related stakeholders with a particular emphasis on SMEs. Applicants should propose a tourism product which covers at least four countries, is thematic, has already been developed and has high potential for the development of sustainable tourism. Proposals shall be submitted by 3 July 2013.To see the official call announcement, please consult: Participant portal(opens in new window) To see partnership requests for this call, please consult: CORDIS Partners Service(opens in new window)
