Information technology and telecommunications: EPHOS handbook
A call for proposals for the preparation of the European Procurement Handbook for Open Systems (EPHOS), second version, is launched for limited and specified technical areas to complement and extend the first version. Participating organizations must show active involvement in standardization and procurement work at Community and world- wide levels in the chosen topic(s) and demonstrate an independence compatible with procurement procedures.
