Safety management systems in the process industry
The European Commission, DG XII, has published a report entitled "Safety management systems in the process industry". The report presents the processing of a seminar held at Ravello, Italy, in October 1993. It was organized by the Technical Working Group established by the European Community's Committee of National Competent Authorities for the implementation of Directive 82/501/EEC on major accident hazards.
