Council Decision on specific programme for targeted socio-economic research
The European Council has published its Decision 94/915/EC of 15 December 1994 adopting a specific programme of research and technological development, including demonstration, in the field of targeted socio-economic research (1994-1998). The Decision sets the amount deemed necessary for carrying out the programme at ECU 105 million, which includes a maximum of 14.5% for the Commission's staff and administrative expenditure. The Decision contains the scientific and technological content and objectives of the programme, as well as the specific rules for its implementation. An advance notice of the call for proposals was published on 15 December 1994, and the full call will be published on 15 March 1995.
