Non-nuclear energy (JOULE/THERMIE) information package
The European Commission, DG XII, has published the information package for the specific programme for non-nuclear energy (JOULE/THERMIE) under the Fourth Framework Programme for research and technological development and demonstration (1994-1998). The programme launched a call for proposals on 15 December 1994 (OJ C 357 of 15.12.1994). The information package provides all the information necessary for participating in the call, including: - Proposal criteria; - Proposal preparation; - Proposal submission guidelines; - Evaluation and selection of proposals; - Contact procedures and principles; - Information and assistance. The information package also contains the work programme as well as the proposal application forms which are unique to each programme.
