The Commission invites interested parties in the new Lander of the Federal Republic of Germany to submit projects, in the context of the THERMIE programme for the promotion of energy technology, for possible selection to receive financial support. This communication is complementary to the call published in Official Journal No C 215 of 30.8.1990 which applied to the territory of the Community as at that time.
