The European Commission, DG XXII, is planning to hold a competition to find an organization or a partnership of organizations to undertake a final evaluation of the FORCE (Action Programme for Developing Continuous Vocational Training in the European Union) programme. The programme's general objectives and the measures, which will serve as the reference point for evaluation, are described in Decision 90/267/EEC. The work involves the overall ex-post evaluation of the programme's results which are explained in the contract documents.
