Commission authorizes R&D State aid in Germany and France
The European Commission has agreed to the following cases of State aid in the field of research and development, pursuant to Articles 92 and 93 of the EC Treaty: - Germany: . Development of the German research data network by means of development activities of the non-profit private organization Deutsches Forschungsnetz to the benefit of research institutes (aid intensity: not determined); - France: . Refinancing of FRT (Fonds de la Recherche et de la Technologie - Research and Technology Fund), in order to raise the level of basic research carried out by public bodies/enterprises (aid intensity: 50% maximum).
