Tenders are sought for a study of the long-term prospects of specific areas including: South-East UK; Limbourg, Noord- Brabant, Zeeland, Utrecht, Zuid-Holland, Noord-Holland, Gelderland (Netherlands); Belgium and Luxembourg (whole country in each case); Haute-Normandie, Ile de France, Picardie, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Lorraine, Champagne-Ardennes (France); Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen, Sarrland (Germany).
