Successful bidder for setting up European Observatory of Rural Innovation and Development
On 20 September 1994, the European Commission, DG VI, published an invitation to tender for the provision of intellectual services relating to a contract for setting up the European Observatory of Rural Innovation and Development (technical assistance within the context of the Community initiative LEADER II). A total of 13 tenders were received in response to the call.
