Development of online tutorial package
The European Commission, DG XXI, in the context of its IDA programme (Interchange of Data between Administrations - customs and indirect taxation) has published an invitation to tender for the development of a tutorial package. The tender concerns the development of an online tutorial package on personal computer, using MS-Windows, translated into all 11 European languages, covering the major functionalities of the Mutual Assistance application, i.e.: - Electronic mail processing for the Customs Enforcement Network (SCENT); - Access to the Customs Information System (CIS).
