Commission communication to companies in the ECSC
A Communication from the Commission of the European Communities to companies in the European Coal and Steel Community (relating to Article 48 of the ECSC Treaty) states that associations of companies in the ECSC are entitled to submit to the Commission, before the final decision to allocate aid aimed at facilitating technical research, any observations made by the members concerning the subjects of consultation. To this end a list is appended of 136 research projects, 12 pilot/demonstration projects, 6 projects carried over from 1990 plus 7 reserve list projects.
