Production of information letters and magazines on Community RTD activities
The European Commission, DG XII, has published a call for expressions of interest in the production of information letters and magazines for Community activities involving research and technological development (RTD). The Commission is implementing an active information and communication policy on European integration and various Community policies and activities. In this context, DG XII will produce a certain number of scientific and technical information documents involving Community RTD activities falling within its domain. This call involves the production, in various Community languages, of periodic scientific and technical information letters and magazines involving the Community activities in the area of RTD (programmes, RTD policy, calls for proposals, publications, events, analyses, interviews, examples of projects, etc.). The tasks cover the entire production phase for these periodicals: collecting information, editing, research for illustrations, formatting, correcting, producing films. The list resulting from the call for expressions of interest will remain valid for three years from dispatch of the notice to the Office for Official Publications of the European Communities. The Commission will send the specification and the invitation to tender to all the candidates who have applied for inclusion on the list of potential contractors.
