We have an exciting period ahead of us, everyone is ready to submit their dream proposal for a Horizon Europe call. It’s time to start getting acquainted with the new rules for implementing your Horizon Europe project, so that we won’t be surprised. We should not forget that a transitional period will begin when we will be implementing H2020 and HEU applications at the same time. We can give support based on every-day practice. Over the past 20 years, our team has been directly involved in writing successful proposals and coordinating and managing projects. Under Horizon 2020, we have been involved in over 20 projects as coordinators and partners. Our workshops and seminars are designed based on this direct experience we have from our own proposals and projects - we discuss and reflect on a lot of specific problems during these events. They are therefore quite hands-on with real-life examples and stories. This practical approach has attracted over 10,000 participants from all over the world in the past 15 years. *The speaker* Krisztina Toth is the Director of Corporate Affairs of Europa Media Group and the President and co-founder of the Startup Europe Network co-founder of Untold Stories Budapest. She has more than 10 years of experience in developing and managing EU-funded projects under Horizon 2020, FP7, CIP-IEE programmes with a specific focus on international cooperation, innovation management, SME and startup support, youth entrepreneurship. She is leading the startup activities at EMG Group and supporting the improvement of the Hungarian startup ecosystem as Startup Europe Ambassador. She recently finalized the Horizon 2020 project MY-GATEWAY, that Europa Media coordinated, which aimed at boosting entrepreneurship in Central and Eastern Europe and she was also the coordinator of our very first Horizon 2020 project MY-WAY, which supported the next generation of entrepreneurs. Krisztina is also involved in the development of several Horizon 2020 proposal and in the implementation of various projects. Previously, she acted as the National Contact Point for Twinning at the National Development Agency of Hungary, where she has gained hands-on experience in international affairs and EU policies. Krisztina has experience in EC tenders. She has been an evaluator to the European Commission. She holds an MSc degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Debrecen, Hungary.
