European regional policy information on the Internet
Since 3 July 1995, Directorate General XVI (Regional policy and cohesion) of the European Commission has been presenting its activities on the Commission's Internet site, EUROPA, at the electronic address: - http://www.cec.lu/en/comm/dg16/dg16home.html(opens in new window) In addition to the "Inforegio News" newsletter, services proposed include resumes and complete texts of important speeches made on the subject of EU regional policy, the directory of the Commission services concerned and an inventory of the principal documents and studies in this area. The installation of a guide to ERDF grants and a database listing all ERDF project financed since 1994 is also foreseen in the near future.
