The Commission invites public comment on the "Analysis Report on the Application of ONP to voice telephony" in the context of proposals laid down in COM(87) 290 and COM(88) 48 on the development of the common market for telecommunications services and equipment plus Council Resolution (OJ No C 257 of 4.10.1988) and Council Directive 90/387/EEC (OJ No L 192 of 24.7.1990).
