Training and mobility of researchers (TMR)- results of first call
The Commission has published the results of the first call for proposals for the specific programme for the training and mobility of researchers under the Fourth Framework Programme for research and technological development and demonstration (1994-1998). The call was published on 17 January 1995. Given the magnitude of interest in the programme and the thorough selection procedure, it has taken some time to process all applications submitted. The following number of proposals were received after the first TMR deadline for receipt of applications: - Access to large-scale facilities -193; - Euroconferences - 137 (of which 59 were for summer schools and 23 were for practical training courses). - Research training grants - 2,274; - Research training networks - 1,500.
