PHARE: Cooperation in the field of economics (ACE)
Within the framework of PHARE, applications for financial support are invited for cooperation in the field of economics (ACE). The programme will support: Scholarships and research grants for Eastern European economists to study in the European Communities, and vice versa; networks or research projects involving at least one Eastern European and two European Communities universities or institutes; subsidies for high-level seminars; European Communities conference attendance grants for Eastern European economists; grants for European centres of excellence in Eastern Europe offering PhD and MBA programmes; Research topics are to be related to economic reform and integration.
