Administration of the European Software and Systems Initiative (ESSI)
In the context of the specific RTD programme in the field of information technology, the Commission of the European Communities invites proposals for the ESSI Service Organisation, to provide the administration of the ESSI programme under contract to the Commission. Its main tasks shall include: Organization of calls; management of contracts; dissemination of information. The ESSI Service Organisation must be able to carry out all tasks needed in all Member States.
