Notice concerning call for proposals in the area of RTD cooperation with Central and Eastern Europe
The first call for proposals concerning area A2, scientific and technological cooperation with Central Europe and the former Soviet Union, of the specific programme in the field of cooperation with third countries and international organizations (INCO) is being finalized. Its publication, initially planned for 15 September 1995, is now expected for 17 October 1995.
