Authorization for State aid, France: HDTV
Pursuant to Article 92 and 93 of the EEC Treaty (cases where the Commission raises no objections) French aid of ECU 80.5 million in direct grants for electronics basic and applied research is approve under the Title "Aid to Thomson, Philips, Angenieux, Nolia, CCETT in the context of EUREKA project 95: HDTV." Aid intensity is of 50% (gross) and covers the period 1 July 1990 to 31 December 1992.
