COST: Research cooperation with Central and Eastern Europe
On 29 June 1990 the Council of the European Communities adopted a Resolution concerning cooperation in the field of scientific and technical research (COST) and Central and Eastern Europe. The Council welcomes the possibility of progressiviely including Central and Eastern European countries as members of the COST framework programme and it recognizes the advantages of broadening the scope of the COST cooperation.
