The address book provides contact details for key people and organizations involved in the PHARE programme - the Community's programme of economic aid to certain countries of Central and Eastern Europe (Albania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia).
