Management guide to the organization of the TACIS programme
The European Commission, DG I, has published a "Management guide to the organization of the TACIS programme". The guide has been produced as a reference document for those working with the EU's TACIS programme which provides technical assistance to promote economic reform and recovery in the independent States of the former Soviet Union and Mongolia (1993-1995). It contains basic information on the aims, objectives and background to the programme, as well as a section detailing the management structure and the roles and responsibilities within TACIS.
