Guide to research and technology under the Fourth Framework Programme
The European Commission's Directorate-General XII (Science, research and development) has published an information brochure entitled "Research and technology: The Fourth Framework Programme (1994-1998)". The brochure offers an introduction to the European Union's research programmes and guidance on how to gain access to them. It includes contact points for each specific programme, lists of Community INNOVATION Relay Centres (IRCs) and examples of projects which have been funded.
