Euratom Safeguards Project: Provision of adult education and training services
The European Commission, Euratom Safeguards Directorate, has published an invitation to tender for the for the supply of training in the ORACLE RDEMS and ORACLE development and design tools, in Russian, within the framework of the Euratom Safeguards Project. The training courses are to be given in Luxembourg and in a number of sites in the Russian Federation including Moscow, St.Petersburg and Sosnovy Bor. The trainees will be Gosatomnadzor inspectors, Minatom staff and staff of nuclear installations in the Russian Federation. The contract will be divided into two lots: - Lot 1: ORACLE training courses in the Russian language to be given in Luxembourg; - Lot 2: ORACLE training courses in the Russian language at different sites in the Russian Federation. For both lots, companies must provide the infrastructure necessary for these training courses, (training rooms, servers and client workstations, software licences and course documentation). Companies tendering for this contract must provide evidence of the following: - At least two years' experience in ORACLE training; - Well-established infrastructure to provide the training courses in Luxembourg and at sites in the Russian Federation; - Trainers must have at least one year's experience in ORACLE training and be fluent in Russian.
