Information actions in the field of public and health and safety at work
The European Commission, DG V, has published an invitation to tender for scientific, technical and administrative assistance relating to information actions on the activities of the Commission Directorate "Public Health and Safety at Work". Considering the differences which exist between the different activities desired, this invitation to tender is composed of the following lots and sublots: - Lot 1: Technical assistance office: . To help the Commission develop strategies; . To help the Commission implement promotion and information actions; . To help the Commission in the design, drafting, diffusion of reports on the state of progress of programmes for different Community actors in the field of public health and safety at work; . To help the Commission in the design, drafting and illustration of descriptive documents of Community action as regards public health and health and safety in workplaces; . To draw up a progress report for the Commission, on a monthly basis; - Lot 2: Press conferences/press releases: . Organization of events (seminars, colloquia, conferences, exhibitions, press conferences, especially within the context of European weeks, etc.) in the field of public health and health and safety in workplaces; . National press conferences (+/- 25 attending journalists, with a maximum duration of 1 hour); . International press conferences (+/- 50 journalists, with a maximum duration of 1 hour and a half); . Press release - media/general public (international/national). - Lot 3: Organization of events (seminars, colloquia, conferences, etc.) and participation in exhibitions (stands, etc.): . Participation in exhibitions (stand); . Organization of a seminar of 100 persons, with a duration of 2 days; . Organization of a conference of 400/500 persons, with a duration of 1 day; . Production of promotional materials. Interested organizations may tender for all or part of the services concerned. Each lot will be awarded separately.
