Evaluation of intervention in less-developed regions
A Commission open-procedure call for tenders: "Project concerning the evaluation of structural Fund intervention in favour of human resources in the less-developed regions of the Community." (Call No V/91/009), concerns an analysis of educational and training systems in Objective 1 regions and the evaluation of the impact of action in favour of human resources in the context of the Community Support Frameworks for these regions. Assistance is sought from an external organization which, working closely with a Commission interdepartmental group, will be responsible for work organization and management as detailed in the call, plus the creation of a methodology ensuring the achievement of study objectives.
