The Commission seeks expressions of interest for a preselection process towards the carrying out of studies on economic sectors and/or the restructuring or assessment of enterprises under the PHARE programme (PHR/91/020/2). Preselection is open on equal terms to all companies or consortia in the Community Member States and in the PHARE recipient States (Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Yugoslavia). Applicants must be able to undertake one of the following studies: - An in-depth analysis of the state of an enterprise, a study of its production capacities and techniques, and proposals for a strategic plan, structural reorganization and diversification measures; - A study of an economic sector, including an analysis of supply and demand, an assessment of the general strategy for privatisation or restructuration of the sector including social problems and those relating to monopolies.
