Innovation Relay Centres on the World Wide Web
The network of INNOVATION Relay Centres (IRCs), established under the European Community's specific programme for the dissemination and exploitation of research results (INNOVATION), has recently launched its own homepage on the World Wide Web. The IRC homepage provides details of the network of IRCs across Europe, together with the coordination centre in the European Commission, including the activities which they undertake. The homepage also contains listings of events planned by individual centres and a facility for IRCs to add to the listing on-line. The IRC homepage is maintained by CORDIS, the Community Research and Development Information Service, and also contains links to other World Wide Web sites concerned with RTD in Europe.
