The European Commission, DG XV, has published a prequalification notice concerning a restricted invitation to tender for the completion of a study on the development of training concerning public procurement in the Member States of the European Union.

The succesful tenderer will be required to provide a description of the provisions made within the 15 Member States for training in the field of public procurement (description of the types of actions), an analysis of training structures, and the financial and educational means available.

It is expected that between 5 and 10 candidates will be invited to tender.
