One proposed measure under this programme is to improve the supply to local authorities of information on a People's Europe. Intending to create a network of local authorities wishing to inform their residents of what 1993 will offer in daily life, the Commission invites expressions of interest from all local authorities (whether based on regions, language communities, provinces, administrative areas (countries) or municipalities) interested in taking part in this public information campaign.
