Note for higher education institutions preparing applications for SOCRATES/ERASMUS
The European Commission, DG XXII, has published a note for the attention of higher education institutions currently preparing institutional contract applications under the SOCRATES programme. The note was prepared following the assessment of applications for pilot projects in the fields of joint curriculum development and ERASMUS teaching fellowships of medium duration. The assessors found that many applications were not sufficiently detailed and precise. The note, which should be regarded as additional to the "Guidelines for applicants 1996", provides a short series of recommendations and reminders to be followed by higher education institutes preparing to submit project proposals.
